Building Independent Learners

At The Briarwood School, we know that success isn’t just about what students learn—it’s also about how they learn. That’s why we’re excited to partner with Academic Independence to offer after-school academic and executive functioning support beginning this school year.

Designed for students with learning differences, the program provides individualized coaching in organization, planning, time management, study skills, homework completion, and self-advocacy. Together, Briarwood and Academic Independence are helping students build the confidence, strategies, and independence they need to thrive both in school and beyond.
