This program provides a structured, supportive environment where students can complete homework, work on DRP, and practice academic skills after school.
Extended Care at The Briarwood School is designed for families who need after-school childcare. Students have time to play, relax, and participate in organized activities under the supervision of trained Briarwood after-school staff.
Mustang Madness offers fun and engaging extracurricular classes where students can explore new interests or build on activities they already enjoy. A full list of class offerings and pricing is provided below.
For Lower School student only.
Academics
Students complete homework and practice academic skills in a structured, supportive environment. The program runs Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3:00 to 4:00 PM.
Registration opens July 15!
Students learn organization and time management skills while completing homework in a structured setting. This curriculum is designed to support success not only in the classroom, but in everyday life, with growth expected throughout the semester.
The program runs Wednesdays only from 12:30 to 2:00 PM with trained staff guidance.

Care
Flexible childcare from 3:00 to 6:00 PM with options that fit your family’s needs. Choose full-time, à la carte, or drop-in care.
Option 2
Families may select specific days of the week for the entire semester based on their needs.
Time: 3:00–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Cost: $30 per day. Costs will be added up in the registration portal according to how many days of each week day are in the semester.
Option 3
Ideal for families seeking flexible, day-by-day after-school care.
Time: 3:00–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Cost: $25 drop-in fee
Once your student is checked into Extended Care, the drop-in fee will be automatically charged to your parent account. Drop-ins can be booked in advance or the day-of.
